the war in cantha has had 2 parts come out....(winds of change its called)...otherwise...not really.....few bugs fixes, few skill tweaks...nothing much to talk about...

going out for sushi tonight (friends bday was last week, first time we both were available)...very hungry after spending the day in la for pink day.

I spent pretty much all of yesterday with my gf, her sister and brother-in-law and some of their friends. Then nothing special after that. Pretty boring day really. Yup yup. Booooooooring.

well the weather----

yeah, had a good dinner with my friend last night. got to see his house with some raccoon damage (rr...gotta get those guys under control!)...which then got worsened with the rain so he also has a new roof too....its pretty amazing what they can do to a house.

had a great time with the peeps in LA yesterday for pink day....should do it again sometime soon.

I think we have a weatherphobic (made up phobia) amongst us. I started some ribs in he slow cooker at 10 am, they should be ready for around 6 pm tonight. I have tomorrow off (using up vacation days) so we afre celebrtating my wife's birthday tonight.

ribs....never was a fan of those, mom used to get them and put horrible sauces on them....thus never liking them to this day.

I do NOT have astraphobia... the fear of thunderstorms, actually I like the violent weather. I was just saying how much people use the weather when there is nothing else to talk about but I have plenty to discuss.

I think I must have chlorophobia, maybe a little coulrophobia, a touch of logophobia, a dash of liticaphobia, and a pinch of thaasophobia. I just know you guys will look all those up. Speaking of fear, I am about to head out the door with my friend to go to that haunted house I started the thread about. So in all reality I don't "fear" much or I wouldn't be going.

Have a fun relaxing day cosy. I have already been out and about. Had to go to Home Depot to get some stuff, than CVS to get my prescription switched to that store instead of the store that is 45 minutes away and then Wal-Mart to get food. Now to sit back and watch some football.

Yes my day has been pretty relaxing so far....though I did have to fix an annoying problem my computer decided to toss my way before my morning nap....(and I have a total of 2 phones, one in the living room--always on, and one in the bedroom--never on---so no worries about peeps calling me while I am napping--learned that when I worked 2nd and 3rd shifts in the 90's).....anyone wishing to call me while I am napping will get my rather rude answering machine (yes a real answering machine...its almost 20 years old and still works great).

I go to grocery stores to buy food, not department stores (do you shop for your lettuce and tomatos at jcp?), but I guess for staple items like toliet paper, pop tarts and contiments they would be ok.
(and the last 2 walmarts I went into were so dirty and disgusting--it looked like a band of hermits had been living there--or they had let kids dump half of the items from the shelves)

Grocery stores are more expensive. Thus why I go to Wal-Mart.

I'm cheap.

Got all my errands run today, which is great. I also grilled hamburgers out tonight for my gf and I. Best ones I have made yet. Delicious.

We have a Miejers, Walmart, Krogers, and Aldi's. All the food comes from the same place 'distributors' send the food up through a warehouse in Birchrun. I was there once they have a freezer they keep at -40 F that is large enough they drive forklifts through to place the food. This food is then shipped out to the respective stores.

I assure you the Tyson Chicken you buy at any "grocery store" is the same as Walmart. Aldi's buys lower and keeps costs down so they have items cheaper than Walmart in some cases. Contrary to popular belief the food is not grown in the freezer at the store.

I find it all very funny. But of course chocolate milk still comes from a chocolate cow.

BTW I survived Erebus!
